Shipping

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time

Verifying the order, performing a quality check, and packaging the item(s).

Processing times can take up to 1-3 days however we make every attempt to process all orders in the first 24 hours.

After processing you will receive a shipping notification when it leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Time

The time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the final destination.

Shipping in the United Kingdom is FREE via First Class Royal Mail and it should arrive the next working day. This is not guaranteed, may take longer to deliver.

INTERNATIONAL shipments take up to 5-10 working days (Depending on Location) to arrive but may take longer if your package is delayed by your country’s customs.

For promotional sale products and/or promotional shipping items, please allow 2 to 3 weeks.

Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs or if you live in a non-contiguous U.S. state or territory—in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands—additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply.

 

Returns

You can return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only give refunds on products which are faulty, damaged or not as describe.

We do not accept any returns and exchanges for any orders which are bought with any discount or promotion.

Please contact us prior to returning items.

We would take 7-10 days to refund the money. The mode of refund would be the same as per the payment (Or can be changed by rare occasions). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
